What information do we need to process an order?
For your order of tickets to be fulfilled, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, card number and expiry date. Your credit/debit card details will be sent directly from your browser, using a third party secure link, to the bank’s secure server and will not go through any Staffordshire County Council system.

How are your personal details kept secure?
A third party secure server, owned and managed by ice blue marketing and design ltd,, is used throughout the transaction process. The transaction details you provide are encrypted between your machine and the server. This is signified by the padlock symbol displayed in the bottom right of your browser window. Ice Blue marketing and design ltd are being used to pass your card details to their merchant bank for authorisation and they do not retain any information once the transaction is complete.

What if your payment card is refused authorisation?
If your payment is not authorised, this means that it has been refused by the bank. Staffordshire County Council will not be informed, or know the reason for this, so you will need to contact your card issuer.

What if you do not want to use your credit card on the Internet?
You can order tickets by telephone from the Shugborough Box Office on 0845 126 0797 or in person at Shugborough Estate Ticket Office during normal opening hours.
Note that advanced purchase discounts may not be available if you decide to buy your tickets in advance IN PERSON at Shugborough, and discounts are only available using the online booking system or the telephone box office.
